- Create a personal or business account.
- Choose a saved pickup address or enter a one-time address.
- Add the receiver’s name, phone number and full address.
- Enter each parcel’s weight and any dimensions, then choose your service and payment option.
- Review the details and delivery charge before booking.
Where can I send a parcel?
- Check the available pickup cities and areas in the booking form.
- Select your destination from the separate delivery cities and areas.
- Confirm coverage at both ends: an available pickup address does not mean every destination is covered.
How is my delivery charge calculated?
- Your route, service and chargeable weight determine the price.
- For each parcel, the larger of its actual weight and size-based weight is used.
- Review the base charge, additional weight charge, any COD fee and total delivery charge.
- If a quote is unavailable, save a draft and check again before booking.
How does cash on delivery work?
- Select COD and enter the amount to collect from the receiver.
- Check the collection amount and the separate delivery charge before confirming.
- Any applicable COD fee appears in your quote.
- View payment information alongside your shipment’s delivery updates.
What should I have ready for pickup?
- Have your packed parcel, pickup address, contact number and collection instructions ready.
- Packing tip: use a sturdy outer box, cushion the contents and seal it securely.
- Keep your shipment page handy for pickup updates and verification instructions.
Can I save my booking and finish later?
- Yes. Save an unfinished shipment as a draft and return to complete it.
- Double-check names, phone numbers, addresses and parcel details before booking; booking locks these details.
- Save pickup addresses to reuse for future shipments.
How can I check delivery timing?
- Use your tracking number to view the latest recorded stage and journey updates.

- Include your pickup, destination and tracking number if you already have one.
What if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful?
- Open the shipment in your account to review recorded delivery attempts and any return information.
