DELIVERSE · SERVICE TERMS
Know what to expect when you book, send or receive a parcel with Deliverse.
Give accurate addresses, parcel details and payment instructions.
Use safe packaging and check the prohibited-items list.
Use your tracking number when contacting Support.
These terms cover use of the Deliverse shipper website and its parcel booking, pickup, delivery, return, tracking and support services. Read them before requesting a service. You must be authorised to send the parcel and, when using a business account, to act for that business.
Service availability depends on the selected route, parcel and account. Booking-specific charges and any separate written service agreement form part of the arrangement for that shipment. Nothing on this page removes rights or duties that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Provide accurate contact, business and verification details, and keep them up to date. Keep passwords, OTPs and recovery codes private. Tell Support promptly if you believe someone is using your account without permission.
Only submit receiver or customer information that you are authorised to share for delivery. Do not access another account, submit false bookings, misuse tracking data, bypass security or disrupt the service. Deliverse may restrict access where necessary to address suspected misuse, security risks or legal requirements; contact Support to query a restriction.
Check pickup, delivery and return addresses, phone numbers, parcel contents, number of pieces, weight, dimensions and payment instructions before confirming. A saved draft or imported store order is not a confirmed booking. Check the recorded booking status before retrying an uncertain request.
Booking locks shipment details. If something is wrong after confirmation, contact Support rather than creating a duplicate parcel. A tracking reference records the shipment; it does not by itself prove physical pickup or delivery.
Have the packed parcel ready at the agreed pickup point. The recorded handover and tracking events show its operational progress. Availability of a quote or booking does not promise immediate pickup.
You are responsible for declaring the contents accurately and using packaging suitable for handling and transport. Secure each piece, protect fragile contents and attach the correct label. A fragile label does not replace protective packaging.
Check the prohibited-items list shown in the booking form for every parcel. Do not send unlawful goods or anything the service prohibits. Booking is blocked when prohibited contents are declared; do not bypass that check with a false declaration.
If you are unsure whether an item is accepted or needs special handling, ask Support before booking or handing it over. A booking reference does not authorise prohibited goods or establish that special handling has been agreed.
Review the quote, delivery-fee payer and payment instructions shown for your booking. Charges depend on the route, service, parcel measurements and applicable account pricing. Chargeable weight can be based on actual or volumetric weight; accurate dimensions matter as well as scale weight.
Pay the applicable charges under your booking or written account agreement. Query a disputed charge through Support with the shipment reference and relevant receipt or statement. Cancelling a request or returning a parcel does not by itself mean every charge is refundable.
Product Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible business shipments; personal shipping does not offer product COD. Enter the correct collection amount and check the difference between product COD and delivery charges. Do not mark an already-paid order as COD unless a further amount is genuinely due.
A delivered status is not a bank-payment confirmation. Merchant settlement depends on recorded collection, reconciliation, applicable charges or adjustments, and the account’s settlement process. Check the finance statement for the amount and status; no same-day payout or advance financing is promised by these terms.
The merchant remains responsible for the sale, product description and any customer product refund or exchange. A request to refund a purchase must be raised with the merchant; a courier charge or settlement query can be raised with Deliverse Support.
Use tracking to see the latest recorded progress. Any estimated timing depends on route coverage, pickup readiness, receiver availability and operating conditions; it is not a guaranteed delivery appointment unless separately agreed in writing.
An incorrect address, unreachable receiver, refusal, payment issue or access restriction may prevent delivery. Check the recorded attempt reason and contact Support about the next step. A further attempt, correction or return depends on the shipment’s stage and the operational decision; there is no universal promise of a fixed number of attempts.
Keep a usable return address and respond to return-related requests. Return status and applicable charges are recorded separately from successful delivery. Weather, road closures or other disruptions can affect progress; contact Support for the current position rather than treating an estimate as a guarantee.
Cancellation is available only where the current shipment and pickup state permit it. Use the available account action or contact Support. After handover, a request may need an operational interception or return instead of cancellation. Submitting a request does not confirm that the parcel has stopped moving.
Any release of a reserved amount, refund or charge adjustment depends on the recorded outcome and applicable payment arrangement. Check the updated shipment and finance records. Refund approval and receipt of money are separate steps; contact Support if they do not match.
Report suspected loss, damage, missing contents or a disputed delivery promptly through Support. Include the tracking reference, a clear description, available photos of the parcel and packaging, and proof of contents or value where relevant. Keep the packaging and evidence while the matter is reviewed.
Deliverse reviews the shipment, custody and delivery records alongside the evidence provided. A claim is not automatically approved because it is submitted. Any remedy or compensation is assessed under the applicable service agreement, facts and law; this page does not set a fixed compensation cap or claim-expiry deadline.
A declared value or COD amount is not an insurance policy or a promise to reimburse that amount. Do not assume insurance or special cover is included unless separately confirmed in writing. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Connecting a store enables the supported order and shipment workflow. Imported orders require merchant review and booking confirmation. Check amounts, addresses and payment status before booking, and do not create duplicate shipments after a timeout without checking the recorded result.
Disconnecting a store does not cancel a booked shipment or erase records needed for delivery, settlement or legal duties. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy; connected merchants also have the responsibilities described in the merchant data-processing addendum.
Merchant data processing ↗These services are subject to applicable laws of Pakistan. Start with Support for a service dispute so the relevant records can be reviewed. This does not prevent you from using a competent court, authority or another remedy available under law.
Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Changes apply to future service requests and do not remove rights already arising from an earlier booking. English and Urdu explain the same terms; ask Support if any wording is unclear.
Sign in and open Support. Include the tracking number and explain the issue. Receivers without an account can ask their sender to raise a request.
